Learn more about Paypal's security features... Can I order by phone? Yes, you can order by phone. Please use the toll-free 800# above (1-866-567-8999). When ordering by phone, we process your payment information through our website, using PayPal. It's the same as if you were to order it online yourself, but we understand that everyone doesn't always have computer access. So we are happy to complete your order for you while maintaining the strictist security guidelines to protect your payment information. Can I order my poster already framed? No. Unfortunately, we only sell posters unframed. Currently, the posters we sell are 18x24 inches, which is a standard frame size. That means you can purchase a frame from just about anywhere that will already fit the poster perfectly. Some people choose to have their frame custom made, but it's not necessary. Will my item be autographed? Books are usually autographed with the author's signature, but not personalized to the reader unless requested. You may request a personalized autograph for any product by leaving a "note to seller" near the end of your payment process. We are not always able to get you an autographed copy upon request, but if we can, we will. However, if the purchase page for an item says "autographed copy," then of course, we've got an autographed copy waiting for you! I'm a poet or publisher. If we are interested and the timing is right, we will request a sample copy to review and consider carrying your product. If we choose to carry your product, we will contact you to place an order. We do not do consignment deals, and we cannot sell works that are not copyrighted.
